The S/S double-layer oil tank adopts a steel inner shell and a steel outer shell double-layer structure, while the difference between the S/F double-layer oil tank is that it adopts a steel inner shell and a reinforced glass fiber outer shell double-layer structure. There is a steel fixed support between the inner and outer shells of both oil tanks to effectively prevent the oil tank from dislocating, deforming, cracking, leaving gaps, and penetrating into the ground. It is equipped with an advanced leak detector that can timely sense the leak flow and sound a buzzing alarm. The double-layer oil tank has unique features such as anti-corrosion, automatic side leak alarm, high efficiency and environmental protection, safety and economy, etc., which makes it have great advantages in environmental protection, leakage prevention and corrosion prevention, extending the life of the oil tank, energy saving, etc. At the same time, it can be optionally equipped with barrier explosion-proof materials. Its explosion-proof type oil tank can effectively inhibit the container of hazardous chemicals such as gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, etc. from causing explosions. The steel-reinforced glass fiber double-layer structure uses a patented processing method called resin film coating technology between the inner steel shell and the outer reinforced glass fiber layer to create a 0.1mm gap between them. Even if there is a leak in the inner shell, the dangerous substances can only flow in the gap and will not immediately spill out and pollute the environment. The glass fiber shell can fully protect the inner steel shell from external corrosion. The single-layer steel oil tank used year-round buried underground is affected by groundwater gas erosion and electrochemical corrosion, so its service life is very short. According to the environment, it only has a service life of 5-10 years. Moreover, after corrosion, the oil tank is prone to damage and cause internal items to leak. The outer glass fiber shell of the double-layer oil tank is made of special resin and reinforced glass fiber sprayed yarn through multiple pressure reduction and detection tests to ensure complete external sealing. During use, water vapor will not enter the interior to erode it. At the same time, glass fiber is an insulating object, so electrochemical corrosion will not occur, which ensures that the double-layer oil tank can be used at least 25 years under normal circumstances.

General single-layer steel oil tanks need to be maintained and tested every year, which increases maintenance time and cost.
